Ai momenti dell shut-down per il Covid-19 volevo regalare dei fiori a un’amica per il suo compleanno. La surprise window card di Jennifer McGuire è stata la tecnica perfetta.

At the times of the Covid-19 shut-down I wanted to give some flowers to a friend on her birthday. Jennifer McGuire’s surprise window card was the perfect technique to complete it.

Ai tempi del Corona Virus volevo mandare a mia madre, che vive a quasi 800 km da me, un abbraccio e non potevo rinunciare a mettere in atto gli insegnamenti di Jennifer Rustioni e a riproporre la surprise window card di Jennifer McGuire. Ecco il risultato.

At the times of the Corona Virus I wanted to send a birthday card which is also a virtual hug to my mother, who leads at nearly 800 km from me. I simply had to put Jennifer Rustioni’s teaching into practice in a surprise window card by Jennifer McGuire. Here is what came out of it.

Seguendo un corso tenuto da Jennifer Rustioni presso Di Corso In Corso, sono stata ispirata a creare questo biglietto di compleanno acquarellato con gli inchiostri Distress per Alice. Per la tipologia di meccanismo mi sono nuovamente ispirata a Jennifer McGuire.

Attending a card making course held by Jennifer Rustioni at Di Corso In Corso, I was inspired to create this Distress ink watercolored birthday card for Alice. For the mechanism I got inspiration from Jennifer Mc Guire again.

A mio padre, che ama le aquile, ho voluto fare un biglietto per la Festa del Papà che è oggi ispirandomi a due tecniche di Jennifer McGuire: partial diecutting e il pop-up panel.

Since today is Father’s Day here in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland as well as in Italy, I wanted to make a wishtard for my father, who loves eagles, and I got inspiration from Jennifer McGuire’s two techniques called partial diecutting and pop-up panel.

Buona Festa del Papà.
